Word of the Year

Okay, so the word has been decided: Stand. As in:
--Exodus 14:13 "Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you today."
--Psalm 40:2 "He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand."
--Psalm 130:3 "If you, LORD, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?
--Isaiah 7:9b "If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all."
--Mark 3:25 "If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.'"
--Psalm 119:120 "My flesh trembles in fear of you; I stand in awe of your laws."
--Finally, one that speaks to this year's word and last: 1 Samuel 12:16 "Now then, stand still and see this great thing the LORD is about to do before your eyes!"
There are many, many more, but you get the idea. Now to figure out what that means in my daily life!
