Look...No Training Wheels!!!

After riding their "tiger" balance bike around for the past couple years, we picked up a small 12 inch pedal bike at a garage sale last weekend.  Both kids jumped right on it and pedaled away!    

After less than a dozen rides on the little bike down the driveway, across the grass and over to the runway, a day later Morgan wanted to jump right up to her "big" 16 inch bike.  So, after helping daddy pull the training wheels off of it, ZOOM, off to see Steve & Roxane she went, only to run out of gas after a couple hundred yards down the driveway.  After a bit of "conditioning" it looks like she won't have any problem riding down the "bumpy road" to catch the bus this fall!  

So long as nobody tells Caleb the little bike is a "girls" bike, it looks like he'll be zipping around on it all summer long too!
