So Long, Coyote Bait

We sold Lemon today. We needed to get rid of her before the new chicks were ready to stay out in the coop. So Aaron happened to find someone on craigslist who was looking for one hen. Whaddya know. She left us today, probably in a much better manner than either as bait or in the stew pot. I really didn't want to have to clean her, and the kids weren't excited with the alternative idea. Anyway, she's gone.
