"Are you sure? You can pick anything you want."
"Nope, I want to go to Pei-Wei!"
"Okay, then that's where we'll go!"
Mom had to get creative with wrapping the lamp for him. What are you supposed to do with a lampshade when you don't have a big enough box? So it looks like a wizard hat.
We found a bike in great shape at a garage sale this summer, so we've saved it since then. The first thing he noticed was that it had training wheels on it.
"I don't need training wheels, Dad!"
"No, you don't! We'll have to take those off, won't we?"

So after a quick trip to Walmart, Caleb swapped out the training wheels for a kick-stand (with a little help from Dad), and there was no stopping him tearing down the "bumpy road" (driveway)!
